Holla guys and gals! Recently I hired a math tutor to guide me with some topics in math . My problem areas included topics such as rational expression and parallel lines. Now that teacher turned out to be such a waste, that instead of helping me now I’m even more confused than I earlier was . I still can’t solve problems on those topics. And the exam time is fast approaching . I need someone to help me out. Is there anything in particular that can be done to get some sort of help? I have a fairly large set of questions to help me learn these topics, but the problem is I just can’t solve them, no matter how much effort I put in. Please help!

How about some more information about your trouble with rational expression? I might be able to give some leads. If you are not able to get a good help or some one to sit and sort out your difficulty or if it is not affordable, then there might be another way out . There are some good algebra programs that you can explore. I tested them out myself. It came across to me as superb as any tutor can be. I would choose Algebrator for the kind of solutions that you are in the hunt for . What is nice about it is that it takes you step by step to the answer rather than simply providing the answer. Why not give it a try ?

I remember having problems with reducing fractions, factoring polynomials and proportions. Algebrator is a truly great piece of algebra software. I have used it through several math classes - Intermediate algebra, Algebra 1 and Pre Algebra. I would simply type in the problem from a workbook and by clicking on Solve, step by step solution would appear. The program is highly recommended.
