how to express decimals as fractions

Hey guys! Guess what, I had a bad cold last week, and have missed a few classes because of that. Now that our mid-semester are due next week I really need some help in topics like how to express decimals as fractions and few other topics like radical expressions, unlike denominators and exponential equations. I was thinking on hiring some private tutor but then my limited budget won’t allow me to do so. I really need some immediate help in those topics, else I might perform really badly in my final exams. Can anyone make a suggestion ? I need some help, and I need it FAST!

You really shouldn’t have wasted money on a math tutor. Had you posted this message before hiring a tutor , you could have saved yourself loads of money! Anyway, now you can’t change it.
