solving linear equations using standard form

Hi, I may sound really stupid to all the math gurus here, but it’s been 2 years since I am learning solving linear equations using standard form, but I never found it appealing . In fact I always commit mistakes. I practise quite often , but still my marks do not seem to be getting better

What exactly don't you understand about solving linear equations using standard form? I remember having difficulty with the same thing in Remedial Algebra, so I might be able to give you some ideas on how to handle such problems. However if you want help with math on a long term basis, then you should purchase Algebrator, that's what I did in my College Algebra, and I have to say it's amazing ! It's less costly than a tutor and you can count on it anytime you feel like. It's very easy to use it , even if you never ever had a similar software . I would advise you to get it as soon as you can and forget about getting a math teacher. You won't regret it!

I agree, resources on the internet are no better than the course books. Algebrator is a good way to start your math career.

I remember having problems with simplifying fractions, factoring polynomials and greatest common factor. Algebrator is a really great piece of algebra software. I have used it through several math classes - Pre Algebra, Algebra 2 and Algebra 2. I would simply type in the problem and by clicking on Solve, step by step solution would appear. The program is highly recommended.
