algebra equation solving

Hey guys ,I was wondering if someone could explain algebra equation solving? I have a major project to complete in a couple of weeks and for that I need a good understanding of problem solving in topics such as percentages, exponent rules and greatest common factor. I can’t start my assignment until I have a clear understanding of algebra equation solving since most of the calculations involved will be directly related to it in some form or the other. I have a problem set, which if someone can help me solve, would help me a lot.

I have been in your place a few years ago when I was studying algebra equation solving. What part of ratios and angle complements poses more difficulties? Because I think that what you really need is a good program to help you figure out the basic concepts and ways of solving the exercises. Did you ever use a software like that? I have tried many but I have to say that Algebrator is the best and the easiest to use. It's not like those other programs because it teaches you how to solve, it doesn't just give you the solutions.

Actually even I like this software and it can’t be put in words as to how much it helped me when I lost all hope before my previous term exams. I got hold of Algebrator just before my exams and it helped me score really well in my exams. The fact that it explains in detail every step that needs to be implemented for solving different types of problems , really helped me.
