I've always wanted to excel in adding and subtracting powers in scientfic notation, it seems like there's a lot that can be done with it that I can't do otherwise. I've searched the internet for some useful learning resources, and checked the local library for some books, but all the information seems to be targeted at people who already know the subject. Is there any resource that can help new students as well?

Algebrator is a real gem that can help you with College Algebra. Since I was weak in Algebra 2, one of my class tutors suggested me to try the Algebrator and based on his suggestion , I looked for it online, bought it and started using it. It was just extra ordinary. If you intently follow each and every lesson offered there on Pre Algebra, you would definitely master the primary principles of adding fractions and perpendicular lines within hours.

I too have had difficulties in interval notation, graphing function and matrices. I was advised that there are a number of programs that I could try out. I tried out several but then the finest that I found was Algebrator. Merely typed in the problem and clicked the ‘solve’. I got the answer right away . On top of it , I was guided through to the answer by an easily comprehensible step-by-step process . I have relied on this program for my problems with Intermediate algebra, Remedial Algebra and Basic Math. If I were you, I would undoubtedly go for this Algebrator.
