linear equation

I have trouble with linear equation. I tried hard to find someone who can help me out with this. I also looked out for a tutor to teach me and explain my problems on fractional exponents, like denominators and lcf. Though I located a few who could perhaps explain my problem, I realized that I cannot pay for them. I do not have much time too. My quiz is coming up soon . I am anxious . Can anyone help me out of this situation? I would greatly welcome any assistance or any advice .
