I'm just thinking if anyone can give me a few tips here so that I can understand the concepts behind i need help with my college algebra. I find solving problems really difficult. I work part time and thus have no time left to take extra classes. Can you guys suggest any online resource that can assist me with this subject?

With a bit more detailed information about i need help with my college algebra, I can possibly help you if I knew a few more . If you don’t want to hire a algebra tutor, who is very expensive you can try this program Algebrator which I came across and guarantee to be the best available. This Algebrator is equipped to solve any algebra problem that you enter and it also explains every step of the solution. You only have to reprint as your homework. However, it is better to take the help of the Algebrator to learn algebra rather than use it to copy answers.

I am a student turned teacher ; I give classes to junior school children. Along with the traditional mode of explanation, I use Algebrator to solve examples practically in front of the students.

I remember having problems with geometry, trinomials and linear algebra. Algebrator is a really great piece of algebra software. I have used it through several algebra classes - Remedial Algebra, Algebra 2 and Intermediate algebra. I would simply type in the problem from a workbook and by clicking on Solve, step by step solution would appear. The program is highly recommended.
