how to do radicals?

It’s really hard for me to figure this out alone so I think I need someone to give an advice. I need help concerning how to do radicals?. It’s giving me headaches every time I try to understand it because I just can’t seem to figure out how to solve it. I read some reading materials about it but it’s really confusing . Can I ask assistance from anyone of you guys here? I need someone who can discuss how to answer some questions concerning how to do radicals?.
