algebra projects

Hello there, I am a high-school student and pretty soon I will have my exams in algebra. I was never into math, but this year I am really afraid that I will fail this course. I came across algebra projects and several other math problems that I can’t figure out. the following topics really made me freak out : syntehtic division and y-intercept . paying for a a teacher is impossible for me, because I don't have that kind of money. Please help me!!

My parents could not afford my college fees, so I had to work in the evening, after my classes. Solving problems at the end of the day seemed to be difficult for me at those times. A friend introduced Algebrator to me and since then I never had trouble solving my questions .

I remember having problems with conversion of units, leading coefficient and mixed numbers. Algebrator is a truly great piece of algebra software. I have used it through several math classes - Pre Algebra, Remedial Algebra and Intermediate algebra. I would simply type in the problem and by clicking on Solve, step by step solution would appear. The program is highly recommended.
