Sounds like your bases are not strong. Mastering in prentice hall geometry answers requires that your concepts be concrete. I know students who actually start teaching juniors in their first year. Why don’t you try Algebrator? I am pretty sure, this program will aid you.

It is good to know that you wish to improve your math and are taking efforts to do so. I think you should try Algebrator. This is not exactly a tutoring device but it provides solutions to math problems in a very descriptive manner. And the best thing about this software product is that it is very user friendly. There are several examples given under various topics which are quite helpful to learn the subject. Try it and wish you good luck with math.

Can a software really help me learn my math? Guys I don’t want something that will solve problems for me, instead I want something that will help me understand the concepts as well.

Yes I’m sure. This is tried and tested. Here: https://mathinput.com/significant-figures-in-measurements-and-computations.html. Try to make use of it. You’ll be improving your solving skills way quicker than just by reading tutorials.

A great piece of math software is Algebrator. Even I faced similar problems while solving multiplying fractions, graphing circles and syntehtic division. Just by typing in the problem from homework and clicking on Solve – and step by step solution to my math homework would be ready. I have used it through several math classes - Remedial Algebra, Remedial Algebra and Basic Math. I highly recommend the program.
